How Can I Help?

Right now the best things you can do to help Heroic Stories would be:

  • subscribe to the HeroicStories mailing list.
  • spread the word.

Link to HeroicStories from your website(s). Share HeroicStories stories on social media (every story on the web site has share buttons at the bottom). Tell your friends. Tell your enemies (they probably need it even more! 🙂 ).

While I absolutely appreciate the offers, I’m not looking for editorial or website help at this time. I’ve got it covered, honest. Should that change you’ll hear about it in the newsletter (see “subscribe”, above).

I’m also not looking for donations or financial assistance at this time. HeroicStories is (as it always has been) a for-profit business. The reason I’m now allowing advertising on the site is the hopes that any such “profit” that might be generated will get fed back into HeroicStories to cover the costs of hosting and that portion of my staff I’ll have helping me out. Maybe with a cuppa coffee or two left over for me. Once again, if that ever changes the newsletter will be the place to find out.

Thanks again for your support of HeroicStories!

Note: HeroicStories aims to be a place of positive energy in what sometimes feels like an increasingly negative world. Our goal is to highlight good things done by good people that make the world a better place.

To that end your comments are not only welcome but encouraged. However, comments that simply find fault or otherwise complain about some aspect of a story will not be published. There's simply no need to find fault here - there are plenty of places on the internet for those discussions if you really feel the need to go negative.

Instead, look for the good. It really is everywhere.
